I propose that each and every law abiding Texan with no felony background be able to carry a concealed weapon without a permit. This is known as Constitutional Carry. If you can legally own a handgun, then you shouldn't need a permit. You're not a criminal. The 2nd amendment to our US Constitution guarantees our right to do so.
